About Dave

Owner Dave Nelson moved to the Cape from central Massachusetts in 1993. Experienced in working with air conditioners and oil burners since the early 1980’s, he went into business in 1996.

Married for over 30 years, Dave has two grown daughters as well as a granddaughter and two grandsons. When he’s not running his business, Dave enjoys fishing the waters of Cape Cod. He is an active parishioner at Corpus Christi Parish.

While we may not be the least expensive HVAC company on Cape Cod, we aim to be the BEST. We pride ourselves on calling customers or prospects back quickly, a rare trait here on laidback Cape Cod. We treat your home like we would treat our own!

We offer free on-site estimates. We are available 24/7 (including weekends, holidays, and evenings) for emergencies only. While we do occasionally take on new construction projects, we typically focus our efforts on service and repairs.

We are a contractor with the Housing Assistance Corp. in Hyannis and work with low-income families.
